Pretty sure I landed myself a real full time job to start in September.

I just spoke with the president of the company I’m currently at.

I say “pretty sure” because until I get something in writing it’s a pretty sure. But, he was there to thank me for all the work I’ve done and mentioned how both of my supervisors are saying great things about me.

I directly stated what I wanted and he said he’s gonna be talking with my estimating supervisor.

This isn’t the first time we spoke. I picked his brain several times. Also the 5 TVs he gave me are still in my car.

Anyway, that would skyrocket my income. Cause that’s a career not a job/internship.
I suppose I should just play the waiting game now

My internship ended this past Friday. I gave a killer intern presentation, and we all ate food and stuff. I absolutely love my coworkers and I miss them now lol.

The weekend I saw my older sister graduate. She was salutatorian at her school. Afterwards I just hung out with aunts, uncles, cousins. For once I actually decided to pick the brain of my wealthy uncle, never knew he hosted generational wealth seminars too.

I weighed myself this morning and I am 201 lbs. That is a perfect spot to start the cut next week, hurray!!

Interview tomorrow at plumbing and mechanical subcontractor for full time position to start right after summer internship.

I expect things to go well, the emails exchanged to set up the interview give off a “yes” vibe. They are aware of how I’m a student, who I’m interning with this summer, and class schedule.

Nevertheless, all I want to see is an offer letter as the outcome.

If I land a job there’s the possibility of me missing out on one of the biggest vacations ever with my aunts, uncles, and cousins. It’s a week long Caribbean cruise around Christmas time and we’ll fly down to Miami, Florida to board the ship.

I’ll make sure to mention this if there’s a second interview or whatever.

I am excited for this. Unless I’m 200 lbs of muscle, I don’t want to be 200 lbs lol. I don’t care for the illusion of looking big either, that’s weak.

I’ll admit, when I played rugby, we had a joke that all men weighed over 200lbs. Any guy on our team who didn’t was definitely peer pressured to bulk the hell up. Now, I’m looking at cutting down to like 190, and to be honest I still deal with a huge mental block that anything under 200 is “small.” Is it dumb? Yes. Do I still feel it? Absolutely

Hello Pwn, I am going to eat what I normally do, but just less of it. I slowly cut out anything that isn’t meat or has a lot of protein. I always drink protein shakes throughout the day as well. It’s the same approach I’ve been using.

I just ordered a clip doohickey and the belty strap thingy. I’ll have everything before I screw off back to Maryland.

No training this entire week, just fast food, video games, and a bunch of adult errands/side quests. So no I did not start the cut, I needed a total 180 degrees life break.
A week of being incredibly stupid lazy was very much needed and I would totally recommend it to anyone.

I played around with the sled today and loaded it into the trunk of my car.

It great to be back in the gym, looking forward to my first two sled GPP workouts. I accidentally forgot the T-Bar rows today.
