Sled walks/dragging a sled seems like a cool GPP workout. I may have to give that a try one day.

Dude, sleds rock! Do you have a sled or prowler?
I don’t man, but I’ve but watching and reading a little bit on sleds lately.
In the long run I could have titanium hip abductors. I have my hips listed as a weakness. LOL I still remember the first time I ever did a sumo deadlift.
They are seriously legit. I honestly need to get mine out more.
Do you have a space you can drag one, or would it have to be done inside the gym?
I would need a parking lot. My gyms is more of a social club nowadays. I know one at my university that is pretty empty lol.

Least I can do dude. I dig the unruly sled too. I’m thinking of getting one for myself, so I’m gonna see if Westside can ship to 2 different locations on the same order.
I don’t have that sled. I have a prowler 2 from elitefts, which is f**king amazing, but can be a little bit cumbersome to load up in the truck compared to a sled. I kinda like the idea of something I can just toss in the truck sometime.
The only harness I own is one from strength shop. It’s ok. Spud makes great stuff. Ironmind has this

Thanks for that man! Tim has gone through an incredible redemption arc. I fully admit I gave him a TON of sh*t, which is documented early enough in the log, and I had given up on him, written him off, etc etc, and he’s absolutely and completely proven me wrong in that regard. @boilerman was the first to really contribute to the cause, and I honestly feel so far behind in that capacity that this was the least I could do.
I love seeing young people getting after it, and if I can provide them the tools to do so, I will.
Plus…now I went and bought one for myself, haha.
