Had I not been on autopilot I wouldāve squeezed in more straining reps after 455 lbs with lower weight. High-key was trying to get outta the gym⦠so crowded. We will have to make a note of that protocol in my notes section on my phone.
Canāt wait to lose all this fat. I think Iāll look good in the 190s or lower 200s (Bodyweight)

Much the opposite: he did MORE work when his calories were low: I do less.
