My car is still in the shop (hasn’t even been looked at) and I let my dad know I can stay in my college housing over break. I’m simply going to assume that I will most likely be using Uber for maybe the next two weeks or so.

How is your food situation?

Nothing to worry about. I just walk to the corner store and carry it back to my housing. There is only so much I can carry but I just immediately go back once I bring it to my housing. They got frozen ground beef, canned ham, canned tuna , taco seasoning, milk, bacon, eggs etc. Yk I almost forgot how you can literally pay someone to get groceries using Uber or Doordash. I will use that as a last resort but I’m great dude.

Another one of my strategies was ordering canned goods in bulk or frozen meat from online via Amazon or whatever. Can’t exactly do that since mail room is shut down during break.

210 lbs is still too heavy for a working set. I thought maybe I could get it. I’m going to lower the weight to 200 lbs and add in more flat bench sets with that. Maybe I’ll do a 4 x 10 or 5 x 10.

Got 2 weeks left of Deep Water, so I will be squatting Monday of next week using the boilerbar on my back porch. Figured I would get this session out of the way since I will be going back to my parent’s house tomorrow.

Are you going to failure on the last 2 sets?

Only the last set, my form was goofy the second set so I racked it. Weight is too heavy.

Still impressive, 210x10 is quite good in my opinion.

Thanks, Deep Water training (which is rather hard) improved my bench and other lifts a lot. The effects are insane.
