Would love to hear feedback from anyone who has been training on the new Titan routine from OTS.Am currently building my training back up after an enforced lay-off,when I’m ready I’m going to start the on the Titan system, interested to hear others experiences, any tips or observations appreciated.Cheers.
it’s a good program, but i had to modify it for my individual needs to get any good results from it. for example, i needed to modify the rest periods so they’d be more appropriate for the different muscles and fiber types. the program had this strange thing about giving longer rest periods for smaller bodyparts or slow twitch fibers and shorter rest periods for larger bodyparts or fast twitch fibers. that didn’t work for me at all. plus there just wasn’t enough direct arm work, and too much delt work.
don't get me wrong: the principles in which the program's based on (muscle rounds, active recovery, base training) are somewhat innovative and very effective. i just don't think OTS implemented these principles very well in their program.
my advice would be to try the program exactly the way they designed it and see if it works. if it doesn’t, then tweak it here and there, but stay within the parameters that they have set: muscle rounds, active recovery, base training, 4 workouts a week, 50-55 minute workouts.
have fun with program.
I tried the Titan Training Program along with 4 weeks of Anabolic diet followed by 4 weeks of T-dawg diet with Surge as the post-workout. After using their base training principles, my lifts went up a great deal. But I got to the point of feeling like throwing up (makes me feel like I accomplished something) on the monday and tuesday routines. The thursday and friday routines were also painful but not as bad, but when Monday came along, I was fully recovered from the Thursday and Friday workouts and looked really really swollen (in a good way) due to the added weekend/Saturday carb-up. All in all, this diet was a good protocal for me.
What kind of results did you guys get from the Titan routine? I tried serious growth and big
beyond belief. They would work well for a month or so but then I would get really over
trained was thinking of buying this one. Do you guys think it is worth it?
TheDude, I don’t think it’s worth the price you have to pay for it. But it was a good program to follow. In restrospect, I think it is worth about 25% of the amount they want.
How was the video that comes with it? I kind of have mixed feelings about OTS. In some ways they were pretty innovative. I first heard about the anabolic diet and trib. through them.
On the other hand I think they way they advertised the serious growth and BBB was a bit
dishonest. I was really over training on them. Leo kind of gives the impression that you can make steroid type gains on the programs and basically said people who take them don’t know how to train. Knowing what I know now my guess would be that he was on the juice himself. That
is what turned me off to them I guess. How does titan break down?
