Titan Fitness Issues

Recently put in an order from Titan fitness, picking up an SSB, log, and some rack attachments. I placed the order of the 2nd. Still no shipping confirmation from the company, despite everything saying it was in stock at the time of order. Emailed Titan 4 days ago about it, still have yet to receive a reply. They have very definitely billed me, but not a word about when/if I will be receiving my product.

This isn’t my first issue with the company. When I ordered my T-3 rack, it was lost in shipping, and I had to go back and forth with the company for a month, before they finally just refunded my purchase and told me to order another one. I did so, and it arrived no issue, but still left me a little hesitant with the company.

Have any of y’all experienced issues like this? So far I’ve been fairly happy with Titan quality. It’s not great, but I think pretty good for the price. But at this point, the hassle in getting the items and just low quality of service really has me turned off to the company. Feeling it might be time to just bite the bullet and stick to Rogue/Rep/other more reputable brands

I haven’t. I’ve ordered a rack, an axle, some 45s, a pulley kit, and their trap bar. All came within the range they expected or faster and the quality has been good enough (minor weight plate dings and one of the pulley wheels has a small chip). Most of it was ordered around the end of 2020 though, things may have degraded as they’ve grown.

I don’t have any of there stuff, but I’ve heard bad things.

Alan maybe has a high standard since he is running a gym. My gym has bits and pieces of their stuff, and for the most part what I have tried has been decent, but it’s knock off stuff (copies from the top stuff).

I haven’t had an issue with them per se, but they are definitely slow to get things shipped and communicate when they do. I never order anything from them I’m hoping to receive now, but it always makes its way here.

I love my trap bar from them, I honestly am pretty happy with the products, but getting them is just a pain. Got off the phone with them a bit ago and they couldn’t find my order, said they would give me a call back. Frustrating.

I feel like it’s one of those things where you can’t have everything. You can get amazing products, amazing service, and cheap goods, but not all 3 at once :joy:
