the cleans to pushpress and front squat where at 165
so not to misrepresent

hard to make time but it was super fun

pulls all felt good I dont think I ever need to pull more then 5 of anything.

I am noticing with upper body stuffs- more volume is better
and with lower frequency and intensity are better.

I’m sorry to hear that work is crazy. It’s no good when things like that happen. I imagine your type of work is fairly high stress at the best of times.

  • I got the second of 2 job offers both unsolicited-
    and both somewhat undesirable but the timing couldn’t be better or worse.

wanted push presses - shoulders said no. so volume instead
pullups felt good no elbow pain switched up the grips - did them all thumbless.
rowing strength sucks after the rowing machine.

I don’t know about balls but I started going into a trance watching it. It was like some weird hypnosis thing.
