Friday- I had the craziest day, its typical for shows to cut a position at work
and try to do it wiht less people this time they cut too many people
and just 3 of + the designer tore shit up.
16 hour day one 1/2 hour for lunch- shit sucked ass to say the least

he is 47 - and creaky and just as busted up as me so we did a ton of mobility shit for him too
but it was just fun to relax and be coached and learn

Some nice OLY numbers. There is for sure a skill to oly stuff and having a person help you has to be pretty valuable.
