what else Im 5.6 with big hair in squat shoes and just under 185 in track pants and same squat shoes

I have had an erractic schedule and am just trying to get in the gym with some frequency

super busy super stressed I will come up for air soon and socialize

12.3.12 training

1/2 hour of band and hip work at home felt awesome

some mobility and shit at gym

notes-
Drank a lo carb monster - but tore up some sour patch kids.

band mobility/stretching for hips is the shit.
HOLY christmas YAY

squats felt good good speed cut it off after 365 started to lean too much
did some triples instead.
I have laid off the OH squats for a week or so- elbow feels better.
Pulls - felt heavy- used the straps again just to mess around

I guess they are ok.

Notes-
first session in 6 days humidity has been killing me all week
OH squats felt good- squats felt pretty good too-
mid back felt all bleh- 365 for a dbl my head turned like magenta
RDL- I have been using straps I just picked up I like to pull hook-
these straps make it goofy- 315x6 needs work
seated good mornings- trying to get some upper back strenf
cause shrugs and rack pulls kill me
to say these are uncomfortable is an understatement

I’m sorry Kevin but, you cannot use the word bleh four times in the same paragraph as casually mentioning overhead squats for 2 sets of 3 with more than bodyweight.

You just can’t. I wont allow it.

feeling like ass- that time of the year- busy enough to feel like crap -
not busy enough to feel rich.

had a great PVC and stretch session at home- and tore shit up on
OH squats upper back felt like crap so I bagged on squats and did some glutes.

my gym ‘upgraded’ made a small turf area with Kettle bells
1 each up to 26kg and battling ropes and a sled
the problem is the sled has only low handles - and the turf area is tiny

I tried to push it on the rubber mat flooring it sucked ass.
however every curl/tricep pushdown brotard in the place was hogging the kettle bells to do side bends with.

I will admitt the set of 205 x5 on OH squat felt pretty fucking nice.
