Those front squats look nice. It’s hard to keep your elbows high when the weight goes up. That’s because it’s heavy :slight_smile: I agree with the choke yourself out. I end up with knurling burn across my throat when My elbows are where they should be.

You’ve got to love any gym with MILF’s doing broad jumps.

my right shoulder is bugging me -

I didn’t write this in my log but I’ll mention it here; I NEVER get distracted in my gym. ever. Not once in 7 years. And then a couple of weeks ago a guy squated (never happens in my haunt) with good form and good depth. He the proceeded to stretch and bent over making sure I could see every curve of his ass through those pants. I was caught like a brotard in epic boobie headlights. I had to snap myself out of it and move on to what I was doing.

I now understand what you gentlemen have to live with. Not sure if I’d roll with it or build my own dungeon to stay the hell away. lol!

I’m surprised you got 475 over your knees and didn’t lock it out. I bet you get it next time if you don’t do so much before.
