Didn’t want to deter you from sheiko, it is 3 days a week only but I’m so beat up it hurts my back to sneeze. It’s a temperorary challenge, not a viable long term thing.
I’ve always created my own programs and only recently tried 5/3/1 and Sheiko so I don’t have much advice on that front…would you get psyched if you spent a few moments creating something for yourself that engages your goals?

I wish I could offer some programming advice, sorry beb 3 lifting days a week sounds good though, as long as you don’t cram your other days full of stuff that makes recovery difficult. lol!

If you want to take a break from strength and just work on your swole, Chad Waterbury has a ton of full body templates. I did one of his strenth full body deals that was 3 days a week, and I liked it. I actually increased a little strengthwise, but it felt good doing the full body instead of doing the body part thing. You might want to check some of his programs on here. prolly help with the training economy, without being as boring as boring but big.
I loved the boring but big, but I was trying to eat to lose fat, not gain muscle, so I ended up tired. But my lifts kept going up.
Speaking of who got their swole on, Rowan is the shiznit. I can see him using his iPad to make sure dad’s training sessions are more productive, and getting bench shirt input from PeteS’s youngest.

The strength of your front squats is just amazing to me. Looks great!!! I was told to lift off with feet together, though I’m not sure if that’s true for front squats as well?
I saw you mention Cosgrove, and I have nothing really intelligent to say other than I totally dig everything he puts out. He knows his stuff, and says it with the cutest little scottish accent that makes it even nicer.
