Would agnus castus pharmaceutical herbal tincture have the same effect as the commercial vitex pills. The study that showed inhibition of prolactin in men at a certain dosage was done with an extract of the plant. What kind of quantity would be needed with a tincture? I know i should be using M just can’t…thanks
For athletic purposes I would use a proven product, e.g. the Solaray 400 mg capsules, or M (which also contains other ingredients.)
