Thanks.
I saw your pictures today, and it really inspired me to start eating a little more and start adding some mass. Especially the front relaxed picture is insane! I’d love to have your skeletal structure, man. My clavicles are narrow as hell.

I think I’ll start my lean bulk when school starts in 3 weeks. 3000kcal/day, all from totally clean foods, and adjust if needed.
How much do you eat, and what types of food do you eat? I guess I should post this question in your thread, but what the hell.

That is the worst photo I’ve ever seen, but even then your physique looks sick.

Nice work!

thats what i try and do, “clean bulk” eat as much good food as i can, i eat about 6-8 meals a day, i pay attention to getting a balance of fats mostly, everything else like carbs and cals i dont really pay attention to becuase i dont eat shitty foods. lots of lean protien, sometimes i will treat myself to fatty muscle milk

One more. No pump and holding some water.

What is your bodyfat now? I konw you have a goal of looking shredded but it looks like your already there, what is your goal numbers?

I don’t really know what my BF is. I’m going to start eating more. 3000 kcal/day, all clean food. No junk. I’ll gain some mass, and keep my bodyfat levels under control. I get really freakin’ depressed when my calories goes under 1500, and I just figure it’s not worth doing for a while. Traps, delts, calves and quads must be improved, and I’ll focus on those areas.

Definitely looking good dude. Overall you could use more size but damn good muscularity, and I don’t think your back and legs look as poor as some others do.

Great work.

Thanks! I appreciate it.
I’ll add some more size and post new pics soon.

Ok, we visited one of my friend’s cabin this past weekend. One of the girls took a few pictures.
I did not pump up for any of the pics.

Yes, if I’m lucky. I’m very happy with that kind of progress at this point. Most natural “bodybuilders” aren’t going to gain 10lbs/year. Not after training for 8 years anyway.
3 lbs/year for 5 years is 15lbs of muscle. That’s not bad.

Looking good. At what point were you planning to put some more size on if at all?

More size? Trust me, I’m trying but it’s not that easy, guys. If I’ve gained 3lbs of lean mass this past year, then I’m happy with that.

Couple more, this time without the fake photoshop tan. My friend gave me a Photoshop tan in the first three pics before she e-mailed them to me.

Looking good dude, any pics of the legs? And you will gain size if you up your protein intake. How many grams are you getting a day right now?
