I’m doing a gym meet this upcoming Saturday and I’ll be weighing in Friday evening. I weigh in around 212 every morning and I am lifting at 220. I plan to bloat up until the weigh in at 4 PM on Friday and continue till Saturday morning.
What has been your favorite way to get a good bloat before a meet?

Half gatorade/water mix
Pop tarts
Pizza
Pop tarts are awesome because they are loaded with calories but occupy like no space in your stomach. If you heat them up they pretty much dissolve in your mouth, so you don’t even have to chew. Great on a full stomach.

Smores flavor :)[/quote]
I feel like that would be a little heavy. I went mainly with the fruity flavors. They seem to dissolve better and not coat your mouth.

Honestly best for me is massive amounts of spaghetti and the such not super heavy in fat but great carbs and protein. Wash it allcdown with Gatorade about a gallon or so through out the day… and when all else fails chocolate milk until I piss Tru-Moo.
da fuk would you want to bloat before a 4pm weigh in?? i would take advantage of such an early weigh in and just eat and drink normal or maybe a little light. no sense in adding extra pounds when you have so much time to put extra weight on. you are gonna have 16-20 hours roughly to eat and drink. take advantage of the higher wilks total
cliffs:
dont bloat pre weigh in
weigh less
higher wilks
gain weight back(bloat) just as much
…
…
profit

If it’s a gym meet, I doubt they give any fucks about WILKS.
To get the bloat nothing works better than buffet sushi (forget the deep fried stuff, the fish and rice are your best bet).
Alternatively sweet potatoes plus chicken in soy sauce will give you good salt/carb load.

This. There might be five people total lifting. I might set one pr so I’m looking at this as just an opportunity to see where I am now and have some fun in the process.
My suggestion to this question is just to eat close to your regular diet, except to eat more of it. Remember that you’re not cutting weight, so your goal here is not to put back on weight or to gain as much weight as possible; your real goal is to eat in a manner that’s conducive to the best performance possible.
