Time-release Vit. C

I noticed that timed release vit. c is becoming quite the trend nowadays. Does the science backs the claim or is it just another marketing ploy?

What happened to our knowledgeable guys in the forum? Since vit c is an important anti-oxidant, which many advocates taking pre/post workout, I thought I would hear something. Any thoughts, perhaps Cy?

I took the time released Vit-C that GNC makes for a while. No formal opinion of yeah or nay…just take it.
