I haven’t lifted in a while, about a month. Should I do a couple of weeks oc “clean” lifting before I go do a cycle of Andro and Tribex or should I just start out with the Andro from day 1?

A month is no big deal really. I’d train a week or so to get back into the groove, then kick up the volume and protein intake when you go on the “sauce” on week two or three.
yes this is very important. your level of fitness will have deterioted slightly. having supraphysiological androgen levels could result in injury. get back into training properly first and you will have better results.
