Time machine behind the neck spider cams

I just acquired an old Time Machine BTN, the one with the flat pads on the movement arms, spider cams and plate loaded and cables instead of chains.
Functions great, but I want to repaint it.
I am going to it by myself. Get rid of the old pealing paint and prime it then spray paint it Old Ford Blue.
I Do not any access to a powder coat machine. I do not expect it to look perfect.
This will be my first foray into repainting an Nautilus.
Do you gentleman have any tips?

The rustoleam line of sprays is really good. The “metal” paints look pretty great.
Other option is find a paint shop locally that can either shoot it or coat it. I have many products powder coated and it is def gonna be your best finish that will last.
Our shop also rolls a lot of the fabricated parts in an enamel based paint. Has a really hard finish and doesn’t look rolled. It lays down really nice.

Thank you gentz I have no way of moving the machine.
Can the paint shop blast it in my garage?
Thank you.

You might be able to get someone to don’t that but unlikely.
I would disassemble the machine and take all the metal parts.

How much get it powdercoated, aproximately?

I would not have any idea. You have to take the parts to the shop and get a quote.
