ok so i’ve used the search engine and read some posts on bulking and what not, but i just need some personalized questions answered. 1st off how safe is mag-10??i think if i were to bulk id go on a 2-week cycle of this and then immediatly after do a cycle of tribex. 2nd question is that i have a high bf% for my weight(193lbs 20% according to my tanita which i don’t really trust i think im around 17 personally)…but obviously i need some lbm ive been dieting down forever(250lbs 38%bf)…so im a former fatty i guess you could say…also i need some reassurance i don’t wanna get fat im somewhat scared…actually very scared cuz everyone is telling me how good i look and this and that…some of the experts chime in, actually everyone chime in.
personally I would go lower on your body fat % befor u go on a mass gain cycle. This coming from a former fatty himself. At that % u are bound to gain more fat than you want to compared to muscle gains. I personally drop into the single digits befor I go onto gains it works for me. If not I just seemed to gain to much fat. I also try and gain a little slower. Up cal a few hundred and stay ther until no more gain then up again a little. seems to maximize muscle to fat gain for me and keeps down the whole yoyo effect of gain cut. That is just my 2 cents though. And yes it takes a lot of dedication to get yourself to the single digits for the first time, after that it gets a lot easier. You just have to figure out exactly what your personal goals are and go 4 it. Either way keep up the good work.
Yeah if you are deathly scared of losing your newfound cutness and softening up then dont go hog wild on mass cycle.
On the other hand, if you can handle going a little soft and want to add lots of mass, then hog wild is the quickest way there.
I have to agree with Phil,if I were you I would wait until single digit BF levels(i know you dont want to hear that after dieting so long)…when you do decide to bulk bring cals up slow and dont go crazy with the carbs…hope this helps some…
