Well, what you really DON’T want to do is post a picture. There is NO WAY on Earth that could possibly help. Maybe 4 or 5 more posts about how you don’t know what the problem is will help.
Maybe it just has to do with your body structure and the fact you do not have enough muscle. I was a fat boy at one point and my rib cage is farther out than most people and at one point i could poke myself in the stomach all the way and would not feel any solid muscle. So just keep working out and maintain your body fat hopefully you will start seeing something soon.
If you were really overweight at some point and for a long time, surgery might be the only option but we dont know that since you didnt post a picture. One last thing, do your deadlifts that helped me more than direct core work. Good luck bro

firstly yes 9.5 total. secondly its not wrong, done twice by a biosig practitioner. currently 95 kg at 6ft.
went from 97kg at 13.6 percent.
for me its a problem that my bodyfat lingers on my umbilical no matter what i do. everywhere seems to shoot down when i diet.
19yo also[/quote]
Everytime I’ve seen my biosig guy he does a 10 site. That’s Poliquin standard not 7.
Also he would tell you your cortisol is out of whack, not loose skin.
Confused.

this should work.

LOL…It’s been almost 12 hours since you posted this, Prof X, and still no photo.
OP: I guess I don’t understand why you assume it’s loose skin instead of fat. You haven’t indicated that you’ve lost a significant amount of weight or been pregnant, so I’m not getting this.
^^I’ll pretty much guarantee that the OP wont post a picture

Arnold said that he believed working out in the sun made his skin tighter.
So move to California and get to work.
He also came day and night.
Hey OP.
Post a pic and Ill be able to help you. Bird style.

totally at 5% bf here guyzzz
I want to see a pic of OP’s ‘loose skin’.
I can see how it is a problem for really fat people slimming out. It’s a good reason not to gain too much fat on a bulk. Some is okay, because your skin has to stretch anyway to contain new muscle you plan to grow in the future, but excess doesn’t make sense.
