I have super tight right hip flexor, it almost feels like it is going to tear, but i am able to stretch it and have no limitations going atg squatting or preforming pistol squats and I do Glute activation drills. I am not a desk jockey and my daily work requires me to stand a lot with an occasional sitting when driving a cart.
I started doing BBB psoas stretch(split squat stretch) in order to release the tension from the psoas. I don’t think i have pelvic tilt(by broomstick test). Some time after stretching it feels even tighter(1-2 hours after).
What may cause this?
