Tibial Tuberosity Patellar Tendonitis - PBAndy

Hi Andy,

Hoping you might pick this up. I have ground myself into this and now struggling to fix it. Had normal jumpers knee a few years ago and rest fixed it for that but this seems like a real bitch to fix. Haven’t squatted or OL’d for almost 3 months now but was doing some hamstring work - going to bin that for now also. Just upper body work.

Doing the K Starrett stuff which seems to help, just wondered if you had insights on this. I have read of people just training with it and putting up with but that doesn’t seem too wise long term.
