Same here. Especially on bench. I like stacking plates. Ive found no cure for this. I like moving heavy stuff more than light stuff. You clearly are cut from that mold as well. Keep grinding big man!

Is that a home gym? It’s awesome! I’m also realizing for the first time that chest supported rows don’t have to be done with dumbbells on an incline bench. There is so much I don’t know about weightlifting equipment. Nice work man and glad to see you in the Transformation Challenge!

You should try doing the back extensions with a barbell. They are insane. You can hold it like a deadlift or put it on your back - use the SSB.
