Looks okay to me. Less than $3 a kg for rubber weights is pretty good.
It’s pretty good value as long as you are going to use them for the usual exercises, not any O-lifting or anything where you would drop the bar, it’s only one of the cheap variety. I got this info from the guy who sells these as I’ve been looking around for weight sets myself.
