I have you beyond 531 book, and I didn’t read every word in it, but I never saw it mentioning push press. I was wondering what your thoughts were about adding some push press’ after a pyramid shoulder workout, then doing some bbb work? What are your thoughts on push press?
It’s fine - but I discussed this in 531 book. I don’t recommend doing it like you wrote.
