I’m not even criticizing him and I’m on gear. With no photos :frowning:

Is this a novel riff on the classic “you have no pics -DYEL” cop out?
dude, check his logs. He achieved middle aged fat guy without drugs
You must mean this recent pic. And when you’re trying to sound like snoop dog or whoever and call aas shizzel in the steroid section? That’s cool yogi. And you’ve heard of synergy with anabolic compounds? You and roybot together can pin the asshole meter to 100% baby. Flame me somewhere else. Not on johnflowers post
Lol- don’t even try to take the moral high ground on this. You accused me of AAS usage with zero evidence, so there’s clearly something that YOU need to get off your chest.
if this is a backhanded accusation of me using gear, thanks for the compliment.
confusion wrote:
roybot, when I made that.post I swore I could remember you giving advice in the steroid forum a couple years ago. Now I am not so sure. Its not cool of me to acuse you of that and I am sorry. I mean that. I will edit the post if you like?
I genuinely don’t care about what somebody thinks of my natty status. I just thought it was a random comment to make -especially now that it turns out you’ve been posting in the steroids sub-forum yourself (FWIW I never have). Don’t need an apology or retraction either. The attempted dig backfired on you. Probably a lesson there somewhere.

Not at all. You certainly weren’t paying me a compliment when you accused me of using. It was clearly meant to provoke a negative reaction. You even implied earlier that posters with no pics or were assisted weren’t entitled to comment on the OP:
confusion wrote:

You clearly had something more to say on the topic, I was merely suggesting that you come out with it. You know, with all the lectures on hypocrisy and open-mindedness, you kind of seem a little judgemental towards AAS usage.
confusion wrote:
You were adamant that it was going to work indefinitely and it didn’t.

actually,I said I would keep doing it til it stopped working
Whatever… you said that in your log (which I read for the first time today). I was talking about your beginner’s thread.

thanks roybot. Regarding AAS.I have no problem with guys and girls using anything to help them reach their goals. I didn’t like the idea of someone on gear mocking someone about how they look. Its hard to explain what I mean with that.regarding pics, its simple for someone who’s not putting any out there to sit back and anonymously pic apart someone who is. OP has no idea what yogi looks like. Hell,he or she might be 12 years old,or not at all muscular. Anyhoo,as usual, its been a difficult debate with you.

Really? Who’s the hypocrite now, jackass. Let’s give the full story, as snapshotted above, 'kay? An out of shape beginner wanted to lose fat, you suggested one workout a week and literally “no specific eating plan”, I said that was a terrible idea, you took offense at the way I worded my response. We also ended up on good terms, or so I thought.

In my “Colucci How Do You Train” thread a few weeks after that, you told me, “As long as we are keeping it real, it’s all good. I didn’t like hearing your comments, but it motivated me to improve, and this month’s measurements are better as a result(plus me working hard).” We haven’t interacted since then, but you show up here attacking me completely out of the blue? What the fuck? That’s a dirtbag move if I ever saw one.

Read Page 4 of that thread above. I did offer you advice, you agreed with the advice, said you were going to implement it, and you thanked me.

Seriously, go fuck yourself. There are maybe three guys on this site who I’ve written off and avoid giving advice to. For whatever it’s worth, you’ve made the list.

I wasn’t wrong about you or your training. I will literally say, I told you so. You were training a certain way, myself and others told you of the downside, you disagreed, but after a few months you ended up proving we were correct when you said “I had to be honest with myself that I wasn’t getting bigger and stronger.”
confusion wrote:

I’d disagree with that conclusion. But you can, and will, see whatever you want to see.

Genius, the reason I ask that is to highlight that people aren’t eating enough.

actually. You said it was retarded. You said it yourself,I told you as long as you’re keeping it real…and you haven’t this year in my opinion. I am happy for the criticism you gave cuz it helped me. Putting pictures up of me and saying you don’t see a difference is 2 things. One,lying. Two,trying to distract others from the fact that YOU have really made about no progress.over the.past close to 2 years.

Which is one of the points I called you out on and you didn’t answer. It doesn’t answer the question of how I have a more muscular body.than the “guru”.either. but you have members blowing smoke up your ass all the time, because…you’re the guru! regarding your advice ,I obviously don’t think its worth as much as you do. I don’t think its dirty of me to observe you this year and then call you on it. That’s what.you do to members all the time. I doubt you will wake up to yourself, but really maybe you do know you should be doing more to be bigger stronger and leaner. Thanks for you input and example it motivates me

@Confusion

As an unbiased observer who can’t bent press for shit, I really can’t see much of a difference in your two pics above. Maybe a slight increase in arm size (but also possibly more bodyfat around face/neck), but lighting and pic angle can be credited with that.

I also disagree to an extent that you have to look the part to coach someone on an athletic/fitness endeavor. I am a trainer myself, and admit that someone who is fat and overweight can’t always be trusted to tell fat and overweight people how to not be fat and overweight. But Colucci is neither of those, and generally gives great advice.

Notice, you don’t see him on the powerlifting forum telling people how to take their squat from 495 to 545 or their deadlift from 550-600. He is acting in the role of coach. Can John Fox throw a better pass than Peyton Manning? He doesn’t need to.

Yeah, well you’re going to have to direct me back to the part where any poster took a truly personal dig at the OP, b/c I can’t find anything of that description. You kinda made a rod for your own back with all the cheap shots.
confusion wrote:
if your goal is to get.stronger on your lifts, you will need to gain weight. You will have to eat more than you are now,or burn less calories by lifting less often,or a number of other things. Are you trying to stay within a certain bodyweight? Don’t get me wrong 2.5 kilos a year for 5-10 years is a good deal of lean muscle. And,I assume you’re in this for the long haul…keep something in mind tho,if your plan and desire is to get as strong as possible, you will be well advised to learn from an expert at that particular thing. For example, louie simmons,or an olympic coach,or that type of person. They have done it before and taught others how to do it. This way.you can skip the trial and error period. Confusion
But this I can agree with.

I get this. One point I was clearly trying to make is that chris thinks I know nothing really at all, but somehow I am more muscular than him. The playing with weights and retarded comments…

Utter bullshit. You haven’t been on HIT for over a year. I was being generous when I said you’d been on it for a year MAX and you didn’t challenge me on it.

Let’s keep the outlandish claims to a minimum.

when did my log start fucknuts? How long does it say id been training that way? Can you just argue with someone else please?

Um, no. You asked me a question, then I answer it. Gee, first entry in October '13; last entry in August '14. Must be the Australian calendar.

when did I say I stopped progressing and training differently? A couple months ago. And I had been doing hit 3 years and drinking a case of beer a day. Ok? no more arguments roybot. You’re awesome. You prove me wrong at everything. You happy now? You can have the last word

my apologies johnflower. I feel I’ve ruined your thread. Email me or something if you care to exchange ideas. Take care. Confusion

Oh boohoo.

Chris calls people out to make sure they stay accountabble and are progressing. You called him out for no reason other than to settle some silly little pent up grudge you have had for a bloody year.

Come on…

A couple of things…

Confusion I went on your log and to be honest you don’t look like you’ve trained a day in your life. I usually wouldn’t call someone out on physique, I don’t personally have a great one, but it grinds me when someone starts talking about gear when they have literally 0 idea what in gods name theyre even talking about. I don’t care if you choose not to use, but don’t say that someone cant critique you because you think they’re using and have some sort of advantage on you.

Nothing irks me more than someone who says or insinuates that Gear users have a one-up on them. You have the option to use as well, so you have no excuse as to why you couldn’t do something either. You have no excuse to not be as strong or as big as you could be.

Also, your advice to a beginner to train once a week is retarted. I don’t know how chris worded it because I’ve stopped reading this whole thing but if he didn’t say it originally I will now. Beginners can’t use nearly enough weight to warrant training once a week due to recovery issues. Not even sort of close.
confusion wrote:

YOU ARE NOT MUSCULAR

you are fat. A fat guy. You are just a big fat guy.

And also kind of a dick.
