So I read about the Waterbury 10x3 method, and like the idea of it.
I based my lifting on it, but changed some things.
this is my quad/butt day workout-
I start with normal back squats, and after warming up with light weights, I do 5x3 of 80% 1RM. Then I imediately do 5x3 of 80% 1RM with single leg squats. Then I finish it off with 6x3 80% 1RM on the leg press (I do leg presses because I feel squats don’t hit my quads as much as I would like. I do single leg squats as well because it helps to hit different muscles)
I do this workout once a week, in addition to many other lifts on different days. (This is my most important day because legs are my main concern being a cycling sprinter)
