There is a lot to look at that has nothing at all to do with nationality or culture and is purely physiological. Dr. Bass over here in Tennessee wrote a lot about that when he was at the Body Farm at the university. You can see in people of African descent that they tend to have more space surrounding their joints, especially the knees which helps with elasticity, explosiveness, and speed. They also tend to have denser bones, which is cool, but not if you want to be a swimmer lol.

It’s also no coincidence that, given their populations, the viking nations are incredibly disproportionately represented in the history of great strongman competitors. I guess you could kind of argue that was culture, but it was culture far in the past which resulted in breeding really big, robust people.

And not to mention Samoan, Pacific Islander types. Lotta those dudes are built like tanks. I have no idea why, but it’s pretty clear to see lol.

Another thing that I do find interesting, albeit somewhat uncomfortable to talk about, is how slavery in America genetically affected those descended from African people who survived that time period. The way things were during the bad times it kinda created man-made natural selection. You had to be a tough motherfucker to make it through that. I do wonder how much impact that has on the physical genetic profile of people who can directly trace their ancestry to the days of slavery and how many black people in America that actually applies to these days.
ACTUALLY DO SOME RESEARCH ON CLIMATE AND THE EFFECTS ON THE HUMAN BODY IN TERMS ENERGY SYSTEMS AND MUSCLE FIBER COMPOSITION AND YOU WILL REALIZE HUMID CLIMATES PRODUCE MICRO EVOLUTIONARY TRAITS WHERE FAST TWITCH DOMINATE AND HIGH LEVELS OF FREE TESTOSTERONE AND SUBSEQUENTLY TESTOSTERONE RECEPTORS ARE NECESSARY FOR SURVIVAL.

lol, nice dude XD

Keep in mind that a large percentage of black people in the US have mixed heritage and don’t have all of their traits inherited from West African ethnic groups.

I was never against gun rights or the 2nd Amendment or anything.

I just don’t recognize how arming everyone will make people safer. I’d be scared out of my fucking mind, in fact.

People generally act insane because of a number of cognitive biases that make them feel like they’re a special snowflake, and I’m not sure how arming them will rid them of said biases. They’d just think that you wouldn’t have the balls to actually shoot them/you’re a terrible shot and will miss and they’ll shoot you first/w.e.

The USA is a racially diverse country, so “averages” like this are meaningless when compared to, say, Japan or the Netherlands.

At the least, it is bi-modal.
Does this imply that (gasp), the races are not equal? (Serious question.)
No, it states that races (and cultures) are different.

“Different” does not mean “unequal.” It means “different.”

Not sure where this concept of “equal” meant “the same” came from.

Um…

I think Brown v Board of Education, counselor.

;)
Brown concerned the term seperate and specifically punted on different.

See original post. While related concepts, they are "different. "

Hey, bud, we would like for you to calm down. I can tell this is a passionate thing for you, but what type of education do you have in this?

Csulli basically said “To survival slavery, you have to be one tough mofo, and I bet people you descend directly from them are also tough mofo’s.”, and never said it was the truth, or his answer was scientific. It was only his opinion.

Then you come scream at him, and call him an idiot and make other unnecessary comments. After that you said some other pseudo-science sounding stuff, (why the fuck would a warmer climate=more muscle and testosterone?) and said to research it. However you never cited how you know this despite the fact you act like it is the one and only true answer.

So I would like to know what education you have in this, along with you citing your sources (mostly because it would be interesting to read them), and for you to be civil.

Soooo that generally held belief that slaves were “bred” to be stronger because of the hard labor they had to endure, is a falsehood?

Im guessing that European Slaves in Africa were too small of a number to have their race affected by selective breeding, or was there selective breeding at all?

just curious, dont know much about it.

Are you saying that slave breeding in the United States did not exist?
Youre an idiot, go to the west coast of Africa and look at the bodies and physical abilities of the people therein. Once again, DO THE RESEARCH DUMMY AND STUDY THE HUMAN BODY AND HOW IT REACTS TO CLIMATE AND IS FORCED TO ADAPT OVER THOUSANDS OF YEARS NOT A HANDFUL OF GENERATIONS THROUGH SLAVERY WHITE PEOPLE ARENT FAST DEAL WITH IT
His posts are completely benign. He is nowhere stating he is an expert on racial anthropology and simply making observations and doing some thinking and theorizing.

Just being curious here. You state, white people aren’t fast, which is generally true if we take into account the accomplishments of the black race in events requiring utmost speed. If I have it correct, there is only white man on this earth who ever ran a sub-ten second 100 meters.

Blacks are superior in speed.

The other races are superior in other areas too. Can you deal with this?

I honestly hadn’t even thought about that. I was actually just thinking of how the hardships were intense enough that the weaker people just straight up died and only left you with hardier people on the back end of all that.

I think the main points of criticism against this (and I’m not picking sides here, I don’ give a fuck about internet arguments atm) is that this ‘selective process’ happened less than ten generations ago and lasted less than five - too short for evolution to kick in. What’s more, being tough as nails when it comes to surviving poor nutrition, backbreaking labour and constant beatings does not make you a good athlete. Pavel Tsatsouline once said ‘an athlete is a sports car, a soldier is a jeep’.

Well we’re not talking about evolution though are we. Simple natural selection doesn’t take many generations at all, especially if it’s artificially encouraged rather than happening via random mutation in nature.

Then my second point still stands: I don’t see how cotton picking will produce god sprinters. What’s more, the slave trade to Northeast America lasted roughly 150 years and ended over two centuries ago - even if we count til 1865, we’ve still had the same amount of time to undo any developments. You could be right, of course, but I think it’s a very shaky argument.
