If you seriously want a critique, you’ll have to post much better pictures. (Including legs!)

Regardless, from the first picture it looks like everything needs work.
Yes! Another woman who insists on leg pctures…thank goodness!

christine:- Thanks, i’ll try to find some more pictures.

marathe:- Firstly, welcome to my thread, i see that you are a member that has alot to offer. Secondly… what the fuck was that? I have posted some of my lifts in my training log and i am not like others who “post this shit”, i am honest and want to better myself, not just bullshit over the internet (i see no point in that whatsoever).

About the criticism, thanks m8, you just wasted some of your (i’m sure very valuble) time posting something that ridiculous.

Base

Best I can offer is some spelling/grammatical suggestions.

alot = a lot.
valuble = valuable.
i’m = I am or I’m
i’ll = I will or I’ll

Your country invented the fucking language. Work on it.

Now that you have opened up the subject of grammatical errors, may I add one more that’s a pet peeve of mine?

Your is not the same as YOU ARE. Example: “YOUR skinny,” instead of “YOU’RE skinny.”

YOU’RE = YOU ARE

your all being dum about this im gonna buy alot of valuble supplimints like noxplod

Since this is turning into the grammar thread, as mocking chucky has run its course, I’ll continue.

I agree with you thoroughly.

And more than anything else Lose =/= Loose. I saw a misuse like that in a newspaper the other day and almost lost my mind. How many people read that before it went to print? At least one?

lol…hey venus…you’re sound like me! see how easy it is to become cynical on this damn site?!?
Yes, I know…LOL! I now know how you feel about certain posts on this site…I get it! LOL!

So how’s the middle of the country doing for ya? It probably sure ain’t like Brooklyn!

That’s funny; though, I’m sure it wasn’t for the writer and editor.

Alhough, I’m surprised you didn’t notice FutureGL’s use of the word “YOUR” and “alot.”

Are we “dum?” Of course not!

Wow, I think this might be a record time for scaring away a newb.
Congrats,… I guess.

Base (if you’re still around), every week this site gets dozens of these threads where a relatively undeveloped (i.e. skinny) guys find the place and jump right in on the Rate My Physique section instead of looking around first. You can’t blame us for having some fun. Look at the guys here with high ratings and you’ll see that they’re near competition ready. You could post the exact same pic on MySpace or HotOrNot and you’d get all kinds of positive responses from little girls. T-Nation is different.

Check out the top, sticky threads in the Beginners section for links to some solid, basic articles on everything you might want to know. Save your pics for now and use them for comparison later down the road. Or post them on MySpace!

BTW, Welcome to T-Nation! Hopefully you’ll hang around long enough to find out what a great site this is. Pretty soon you too will be playing “Flame the Newbie”.

Kruiser:- Oh, i am definately still around. As previously stated, if some people find enjoyment out of mocking me, thats fine, but all of their useless comments will fall on deaf ears. Also, i do not need to look at some sticky threads in the beginners section thanks mate, although i have alot to learn (as we all do) i do know the basics of training, nutrition etc… The fact that i have gained 3 stone, around 40+ lbs since starting training seems to suggest some sense of understanding. (Yay for beginners gains). I do not profess to be charles Glass (very far from it), but my knowledge is of a competent level.

By the way, thanks for the welcome, although i will not be playing “flame the newbie” at any point thanks, i see no point in 1. wasting my time 2. Putting someone that i do not know down 3. being an “internet bully” (because at the end of the day, arguing on the internet is like being in the special olympics, wether you win or lose, you are still a retard).

Base

u in fact should read the beginners sticky… big mistake ppl make is that they think they know more than they do and they are more advanced than they are… even after reading tons of articles, i still learned some new stuff from the articles targeted at beginners and it was a good refresher course on some of the basics i sometimes overlook

now the other problem is that u haven’t posted much of anything for anyone to critique… u posted one shitty angle of urself and frankly as most ppl have said ur body doesn’t look that developed

what u should do is post ur routine… i mean how are ppl supposed to help if they dont know what ur doing?

If you look like a beginner, then you are a beginner.

Doesn’t hurt to review the basics regularly either.

Nothing worse than a peacock.

Ok, if you have the knowledge then APPLY it. Or continue to apply it if you’ve really gained 40 lbs. You don’t look like you lift. I still maintain that you have not and could not have gained anything from posting your picture and asking for a rating. And no one reading this thread gained anything from seeing it. A progress/comparison picture would’ve had a BIT of value. You could’ve gotten a bit of a pat on the back for a 40 lb gain and served as a small amount of inspiration for other newbies.

Good attitude Base!

The stickies in the Beginners thread really are a great resource since they link to so many of the best articles here. It’s not the forum or the threads, it’s those links you should check out. Many experienced lifters find occasional trips back to the basics are very important, myself included.

And just FYI, I personally find your avatar pic more impressive than the one you posted up for rating. In any case, if you want a fair analysis here you’ll have to post up the basic bodybuilder poses as well as good shots of back and legs.

If you feel that people are mocking you, maybe you should take a look at what you’ve posted. It might just hold the answer for why they’re doing it.

HotCarl:- I have a log up and running now in the “bodybuilding” section of this forum, feel free to go and check that out and critique if desired.

Christine:- “If you look like a beginner, you are a beginner”, i see where you are coming from, but a person does not have to be massive to be knowledgable in the science of hypertrophy (example, a nerd could study and understand complex principle, doesn’t mean he looks like Arnie).

Also, i’ll get some leg pics up for ya.

jsbrook:- from what i have just read you seem fairly articulate… why waste that gift with a useless post?

Kruiser:- Thanks m8. Also, i’ll be sure to take a look at the beginners section, thanks for the recomendation. P.s. I’ll get some more pictures up soon.

IW:- Thanks for that…

Another one

Looks like your arms are too big for your torso . Which given your avatar could very well be true. Bring up your chest and traps…more pictures of something besides the front of your upper body.

The reason is that I’m sick to death of poster after poster who’s barely scratched the surface in their physique development posting pictures and asking to be ‘rated’. It contributes nothing to these forums. Nor does a low rating and the only possible response, a blanket generic statement to bring up EVERYTHING, help the poster with their diet and training in any way. But I’ll just stay out of this thread from now on. Best of luck in your training.

OK Terrific.

F@#K, i haven’t stopped laughing…

SHIZEN’s comment : RATED GAY. LOLLLLLLLLL
