Trying to build discipline by sticking to a program. Never stuck to a program for more than 2 weeks.
Been lifting since I was 17. Im 38 in September. Never done a meet nor never really pushed myself balls to the wall. Always fail to keep posting on the internet. Trained alone all my life. Currently weigh 220 lbs. Bodyfat unknown.
Goals: 220lbs @ 5-8%BF. 600 Deadlift, 600 Squat, 440 Bench, 315 Overhead Press, 600 Yoke Carry, 225 in each hand Farmer Walk, Certified CoC 3
PRs: 325 Bench, 485 Squat and 545 Dead, 550 Yoke Carry, 100lb 1arm Overhead Press & 225 Log Press.
