I am looking for the most effective way of slimming my waist size. I have lost two inches in the last few months. I have also lost about fifteen lbs. Now I seem to have hit a wall and have not really lost any weight lately. I have dropped my calories from Mon-Fri, refeeding on the weekends (sometimes more than I should) however, just looking for some ideas. Maybe just a push on the back. So please slap away and lets hear what you have to say!
It’s impossible to make optimal recommendations if we don’t know what you’re doing now and what you’ve done in the past in terms of nutrition, exercise, and rest.
Post a sample of what your daily food/drink intake looks like along with alcoholic beverages you consume.
Then post what your workout plan looks like.
How much do you sleep?
And by the way, you cannot specifically reduce the waistline. You can basically lose fat from all over your body, but where the fat is sucked from first is mainly determined by genetics. The only exception to this rule is for those eating a VERY high carbohydrate diet. There is evidence that the chronically high insulin levels in people on very high carb diets can store bodyfat specifically in the waist as opposed to extremeties.

The Get Shredded Diet
I’m a little over a month into it. Started out wearing slightly tight 34 jeans, about ready to buy some 30’s. My abdomen is getting very flat, skin is tightening up, etc.
Also, HOT-ROX Extreme is for real. I had some success with Red Bands and Maximum Strength HOT-ROX, but this stuff is the second coming of Ephedrine and then some.

I personally feel that if you can fit in size 30 jeans, you need to work on your legs more.
Good point. However I used to weigh nearly 300 pounds and wore 48 jeans, and got myself down to a stable weight in the lower 200 pounds range, at 6’4". I appear lanky/athletic, but I also have a lot of loose skin on my stomach that’s finally tightening now that I’m getting my body fat below average.
Once my abdomen doesn’t look like a sharpie, I certainly plan on building a thick, strong foundation.
Liposuction.
