Couple of my favorites:
Great "shake"s:
Soup:
There are a TON of good recipes on Youtube
What kinds/dosages of minerals and probiotics are you supplementing with?
I learned in 2009:
I learned a lot but cannot post everything in here:
Couple things was I was training too hard for too long. Now training too hard but in bursts and deloading things can’t get better.
-Training 4x a week for 3 weeks, then switching to that same program but rotate it 3x a week template with the same setup will give you strength gains IMMEDIATELY.
You can even gain strength on 2x a week for a month if the intensity/volume was high enough the first month.
Do some form of dynamic warmup before workouts, after that…do some form of movement efficeincy then plyo work until best effort of the day can no longer happen (might be 3 reps of vert jumps, might be 50).
The need to STRETCH everything more than 2x a week. Everyday sounds a lot better.
The need for a lot more rowing/pulling work.
The need for shoulder rehab work as well
Too much striking and pressing will start to internally rotate shoulders if the above isn’t adequate
Pretty much everything Xen said. Gettin my shit together.
Keeping my room clean makes me happy too.
Oh and learn how to cook.
I’ve been eating plain chicken, plain potatoes, plain brocolli, plain EVERYTHING. It gets boring.
My goal is to learn how to actually make these same foods but actually get some TASTE in them (the chicken always tastes good coming off the BBQ)
But for the most part stop eating so plain…add something to it to actually say…wow this tastes good I want more.
Instead of: fuck I got to eat this dry shit again.
I’m trying to gain some weight…so in order to eat more…well it’s a lot easier to eat foods that taste good!
Also for my gf I can make her a good meal and we can share a meal together cooked by me. I’d really like to do that and I think it would impress her if I made something tasty. Damn I’m gettin all excited here hahah

No idea, just a shitload of that probiotic yogurt (i love yogurt, no maricon) and some of this stuff into my preworkout shakes: http://traceminerals.com/
i have no idea how much i take. the “concentrace” stuff i just throw enough in there enough that it doesn’t taste like salt water so about a teaspoon (maybe a little less) in 32oz of liquid.
I should probably be a lot more specific but I have no idea lol.
What does your PWO nutrition look like for weights and practices? And what does a weekly training schedule look like? Trying to get a handle on how to balance my grappling and weight training.
