This guy is a top 3 (in his weight class) in the world armwrestler. I think he can curl about 100lb or so with his right arm. Gets crap on the webz for having chicken legs. Highlight that made me laugh: cut Ronnie Coleman and Steve Urchel in half, mix/match the legs and upper body… Hilarious.

Today, yes today, Alton Brown used an egg white from Aug 2020 on his livestream while making a cocktail. He was wondering why it was so viscous LOL. Plan B -another container of old eggs, but at least they’re from this year (2021) hahah.
