“What are some disadvantages to being muscular?”
“Is it normal that my son who is 15 still wears briefs? He wore boxers but then switched back again claiming they were more comfortable.”

It’s crazy how so many “experts” view things so differently. Seedman has written articles for this site and has a very different view than say Rusin who has also written articles for the site.

Sorta related, it seems like the YouTube fitness community is like 25% debunking other people, which is both hilarious and sad at the same time.

There’s an overarching irony to all of it that I enjoy thoroughly, which is

They all know more about it than I do, but man, is it funny seeing what they have to go through to make themselves stand out. It’s a saturated market, especially now. If you ain’t doing silly shit, you’re just not trying hard enough, I guess.

Reminds me of occlusion training. There might be benefits to it, I have no idea, but it just seems so absurd to me. It always makes me think of autoerotic asphyxiation, lol. It’s like, I don’t think you need to choke your muscles to get that pump, lol
