I haven’t watched all of these videos, so I’ll allow that there could be some great exercises in here, and I really haven’t watched or read enough of his stuff to make a legitimate criticism of the guy.

That being said, his YT video titles are hilarious.

There are a few things that I see, and acknowledge that they might work, but am positive that enough people have gotten big without doing them for me to not have to look like a jackass doing them myself.

My take? I guess it’s possible to reach the toilet with a half squat, but when you start going quarter squat, I have serious doubts.

(serious comment -he used to have articles on TN all the time, but when he went off the deep end…; I think I might’ve seen one of his older articles fairly recently)

Yes I did and they were hilarious. Especially the face and noises. I really can’t believe that someone could do that without laughing.

The funniest thing is the comments below that video (some of them at least).

I wonder if part of the plan is using pink weights too… Apparently “over stretching” the muscle is dangerous… So they’re probably avoiding any heavy weights because they’re even more so dangerous. My question would be… Why train at all, then?

I might have wrong person but I think I remember you posting about dysautnomia in the past and I had asked you about POTS… was that you?

Anyways, there’s evidence showing occlusion training is effective for people with POTS in that it allows them to achieve a measurable effect but with less effort.
