I Have Been Training For About 15 Years and I am Very Happy With My Progress, But My Thigh Sweep (outer) is Not What It Shoule Be. Any Ideas?

How wide do you squat?

I may be squating to wide I Squat very wide and heavy, I was reading on another site and some one said to squat narrow for sweep ???

It’s easy, the answer is Front Squats.

Close front or back squat should help.
I squat close (front and back) and my outer thigh sweep is well developed but i lack a bit
on the inside one.
