Thibs - Off Day Morning Protocol

Hey Thibs,

Which of the two protocols do you think would be better in the morning for an off-day?

(1) 8AM: Wake up and immediately consume 36-40g whey concentrate and whey hydrosylate (since I don’t have CHY yet)
8:40AM: Eat 1/2 to 1 Cup of Brown Rice with 6 egg whites and 1Tbsp. Flaxseed, handful of almonds, and a small apple

(2) 8AM: Wake up and eat a breakfast (20-30 min. later) of meat, nuts, and plain yogurt
10:45AM: Eat 1/2 to 1 Cup of Brown Rice with 6 egg whites and an apple

Oh, BTW: I do spike that protein shake with 5g of L-Luecine in that first option . . . and it is whey concentrate/hydrosylate within the same ingredients of the protein powder I use for that

Second option is better. But have at least 1 egg yolk with the 6 whites.
