Congratulations to you and your wife.
So, in about a year we should be looking forward to a new protocol for when you are getting a few broken hours of sleep at night and make it to the gym once a week.
Seriously though, kids are great.
Why should that happen? The wife can take care of the kid at night. Thibs can’t nurse it…
Two of my athletes win a trophy at their first bodybuilding show…
And I learned 10 minutes ago that my wife is pregnant!
Pretty awesome. If you came here and announced that you are going to be a father, you definitely will be.
Being a dad is awesome. I have two little ones – girl (2.5 yrs) and boy (1.25 yrs) and it’s fun to share with them. It’s funny when I’m working out they try to emulate what I do – I do squats, they “do” squats. The other cool thing is that both of them had fun doing farmer walks with 5 lb dumbbells. It’s funny how natural they make the deadlift look!
Another cool time was when I had just finished a brutal set of squats, and my boy came up to me with a smile and patted me on the back! Don’t know if he knew what was going on, but it was cool nonetheless.
Congratualations Thibs. They grow up so fast so enjoy every minute. The time you take to respond to the members here and not only answer their questions but to also educate through your responses makes me think you’ll make a great Dad.
