Am a (recently ex-) footballer(soccer) and current undergraduate/trainee Strength Coach. Usually a silent observer on here but this could be the first of many posts i suppose!

This is true. You’ll also need it to make it through the first 3-6 months of crying, pooping and night-time feedings. Hopefully for you, your wife will decide to breast feed.

Its a beautiful thing, I just had my first a week ago. You’ve never thought you could love anyone that much until you see them for the first time.
