Thibs, Ever Work with a Golfer?

Hey Thibs,
I am a regular reader of the articles and user of products. I have a buddy who is a pro golfer, and he is legit. He just turned pro two years ago and has done well in some events so far, but he should be one of the best. The problem is he just keeps getting injured, ever since college. He has already had one surgery and now every few months tweaks his back lifting or something. And he is a serious lifter, ive seen him do sets of 3 pullups with 110 pounds attached, do front squats with chains, deadlifts, etc. He has a passion for it.

He has worked with other trainers before and a couple names you might even know but i wont mention, but none of them seem to keep him healthy. All of the trainers agents know and use seem to be the crappy trainers who think lunging and twisting a med ball and yoga is all a golfer needs. haha. And how hard can the job be, I mean the guy is 180 pounds and about 8% fat on a diet of chicken wings and donuts. I once watched him eat 8 donuts and half an hour later do a set of 14 pullups with 65 pounds attached, and it was his last set. And the guy is one of the strongest and by far longest hitters in the game, for obvoius reasons.

So i was just wondering if you or anyone you know or trust has worked with golfers before and maybe i could give him a name or something for him to look into. Maybe ill have him check out this site too, cuz the guy knows his stuff and can tell what is bs and whats not. Thanks for the time

I did work with golfers, heck, I played the game competitively up to the age of 18. I come from a golfing family: my father was the president of the local country club, my brother was on the college team, etc.
