OHYES my bar adventure that I am sure ya’ll are just DYING to hear about.

A week ago I went to the bar. WEll, it was a pub I suppose, but it seems very bar like. Slightly less douchey than a NORMAL bar, so it’s like a par, or a bub, bab, ya.
A boy asked for my number, :O! Actually, he got his friend to ask for my number, :O! THat’s even better, I think.

AND HE was a bouncer so he was sober :O!

High bar has been a lifesaver for me. If it goes up then so does my low bar. It feels more natural and keeps my shoulders healthy, so I do it almost exclusively now.

Judging from your meet vid you have a really wide stance. Move in your feet a bit and point the toes a bit more forward, less “out”.

It’s my forward leaning that is buggin me now! I realized I squat totally wrong and use 100% the wrong muscles. I don’t think my legs do anything really, I have no idea what i use to squat, but it ain’t ma legs.
