Needless to say I surpassed all of these predictions within a year of training.
Cool! Can you post some pictures showing what you look like now? That will shut that Casey character up real good!
Yea - I notice a lot of people claiming to have surpassed this, but no pics or any other proof.
Again, not saying I agree with this calculator, but let’s be realistic. Put up some proof of your claims or it’s just more bullshit conjecture… [/quote]
Agreed.
Those on this forum who have passed the predicted figures (and I sincerely believe they have) have no idea how much body fat they are carrying AND they assume they will hold on to nearly all their LBM as they get close to single digit BF. Well, I have my opinion on it and they theirs, but none of it means shit unless they ACTUALLY DO IT!
This topic has come up many times and no one yet has stepped up with THEIR OWN pictures (emphasis on “their own”). Personally I think Prof-X may be able to surpass it, but then again no one knows how his body will hold onto muscle as he gets to low BF%. (Of course I’m also assuming the man has never touched steroids).
What also amazes me is how so many on this board think the predicted estimates are WAY TO LOW - yet they themselves have not surpassed them (at least not in the condition required - and ‘yes’ this makes a huge difference) and have to point to NFLers (who may or may not be on steroids or who may be carrying higher bodyfat which makes it easier to gain and not lose LBM) as potential examples.
Hey, I don’t entirely buy into this formula (please re-read), but seeing is believing. This reminds me of the TBT “debates” where the proponents scream to bloody hell you can get far (“but maybe not pro”) on TBT training, state a million reasons why, but can’t provide any pictures of themselves (yes “themselves”) having success with the system. Sure - they find an exception here and there - base their entire approach on it…
Anyway - as I’ve said before - this is an interesting topic, but has no impact on my training one way or another. I’m still getting bigger and stronger as of now and that’s all that matters. I won’t be pulling out a tape measure any time soon and back off training arms because I’m limiting my results to what the formula predicts. But if ever I “beat” the formula, not just in size but in the condition required (clear ab definition - striated glutes not required) , I’ll start a new thread entitled “Casey Calculator - MY BALLS” with picture proof of MY results and pictures of the tape measure around the listed areas. Until then I’ll wait for others to prove the man wrong with THEIR results.
I’m not hating - I’m actually looking forward to seeing this.
