coyotegal: your back is effing amazing. how do you do it? I do hundreds of pullups a week and all i seem to get is 3D instead of width.[/quote]

She’s doing a lot of overhead work, clean and snatch etc…

Plus we all have our individual genetic strengths. You certainly have yours.

I have my teenage daughter doing dead lifts and military presses and it works wonders for the back side as well as making you strong. Still very feminine looking.

Watch this woman through the first minute:

Have you seen this thirteen year old girl bench??

You can’t tell a woman… no you can’t do that:

impressive weight but terrible form. ouch.

I have to start reading these threads some of the women in my class want help lifting but don’t want to get musclely. I try to explain it will only help their look ect. But I’ve always wondered how different training would be from my own. Great thread.

Why aren’t the ladies allowed to use the monolift behind them? I guess it’s more hardcore to have to walk the weight out.

Ha. Is that a serious question? Hard to tell on the Internet.

Why is her form horrible? I assume you’re referring the the young girl benching. Her form is such that it allows her to move the most weight possible within the rules of the federation in which she competes. The name of the game is moving the most weight at a meet so I’m curious as to why it’s bad.

Oh I know you already know the answer to this; don’t be so coy!

Nez is an aesthetics lifter. You are a powerlifter.

There’s a reason a bodybuilder wouldn’t be caught dead lifting with Maryana’s form. For muscle building it’s probably pretty terrible.

For powerlifting though it’s arguably perfect lol!

So perfect or terrible depending on your frame of reference. But you knew that already didn’t you, you catty Canadian! You girls with your passive aggressiveness :stuck_out_tongue:

Sorry, I don’t know who the original poster is so I don’t know her frame of reference. She’s not the only person who’s gone on about the girl’s form since it is pretty extreme. However, judging it from an aesthetics frame of reference is like a sprinter asking a marathon runner why they’re moving so slowly:) It’s a different sport.

I will say it looks painful though. I have a kick ass arch but it has nothing on that but then I’m 48 not 13.
