I’m quickly becoming a fan of cube steaks topped with cheese and olive oil. Any thoughts on this?
Favorite/ best bulking food: Protein shake with peanut butter and raw egg in it, plus a couple of fiber capsules.

Whole grain toast and peanut butter
Worst, yet still calorie dense: Ice cream and pizza, plus snickers bars!
Cutting on the metabolic diet:
eggs
steak
chicken thigh fillets
broccoli
cauliflower
lettuce & other green stuff
cod liver oil, olive oil, coconut oil, macadamia nut oil
Bulking diet:
Same, just more of it.

Chipotle burrito bowl with double meat, guac and the tortilla on the side. It’s something like 1300 calories. Chow down.
