haha nope! Basically I took a picture of a rear lat spread 11 months ago and thought it looked like crap so I decided to revamp my back training.

lol I just started caring. I used to kind of just go through the motions with legs and back and then around that 11 month ago mark I decided to stop being a lazy ass. Three things tall guys need to be successful in BBing are giant legs, giant arms, and a giant back. I took that to heart!
