I guess I didn’t really have much direction and wasn’t really focused on progression. I just figured if I got tired and got pumped I would grow. So I worked to correct my form, add weight whenever I could and really worked hard on the money exercises like BB rows and Pull ups.
I also do back 4x/week now, so it’s going to keep exploding. 2 of the days are just deadlift days but I still count them ![]()
