Sorry if it double posts. The glycerol and the sea salt really play a large roll in the fullness of the muscle. The super-hydratrion from the glycerol just fills the shit out of the muscle. There is alot of discussion and use of the glycerol (and in other places im sure) at the same place you are probably ordering your protein from…I could be wrong though.

Ummm, months ago me and another guy were in a fist fight with several Vol football players, one of them being Montario Hardesty, a bunch of people got fucked up and arrested.
CANNOT stand when people lie to try to cover their ass. If I bleed for you, don’t act like it didn’t fucking happen because you don’t want bad press.
lol, looking at the pics at least now I know I had Da’rick Rogers on his ass with my knee in his throat. Fucking prick. Choked out one other guy and sent another unconscious down the stairs, no idea who they were though.

Yah man, the news had it pretty much right. I just saw my boss hop the bar so I followed him and dropped into a huge ass brawl with FB players (ALL BLACK AS USUAL) swinging on this one guy and then grabbing stools and trying to hit people. It was 5v8 and it sucked ass, I had Rogers on his ass with my knee in his throat, we get him outside and then he tries to charge me which pretty much made another brawl explode on the patio.
All I really remember is choking out one guy and tossing him unconscious down the steps and then one other tried to swing on me from behind, but thank god so many people were pushing he missed me so I choked him out and threw him down and then the last thing I remember is getting covered in mace, fucking sucked.
It really was insane though, it was just a free for all. I was stepping on people trying to defend myself because people were fighting on the ground and shit. If you lose you’re footing you are fucked, so I was having to use people as stepping stones trying to get these guys out. No way in hell am I releasing a big ass, conscious, dude in that melee.
Then they knocked out that off duty cop in the middle of the street, stomped on his head and the entire KPD came out. At least 20 patrol cars. It was just a total clusterfuck man. Sorry I can’t give a more coherent description of what happened, I had so much adrenaline going and was too busy just trying to not get my ass kicked or fall down that I didn’t see everything.
I handled myself well and I was lucky so all I had to deal with was the mace. Last time this happened with the FB players I ate a few punches haha, so I got my revenge.
As a team UT seems to get in the most trouble. Why they haven’t devised a better way to keep these guys in line I don’t know. One of the guys in the arrest was a recruit wtf? This is more than just picking the wrong guys, there’s a mentality there they need to revamp. It’s not even winning championships anymore.
