what do you plan on doing to bring up your chest?
Fixing the problem will probably be as simple as working in higher reps like CC mentioned, 6-12, it’s just common bodybuilding sense.
However, I have more important (to me at least) goals at the moment so that will be put on the back burner for a little while. I really want to hit 500 flat and 405 incline raw. I’m very close on the incline but I’m only around 450-460 on flat right now.
Heavy ass dumbbell bench will build your chest up and keep your bb bench getting stronger too…don’t know if you have access to db’s heavy enough for you though if you’re benching 460, haha.

Hahaha, that’s the curse of the strong… All those damn pussy gyms don’t have heavy DB’s, large weight stacks etc…
I think that’s goddamn discrimination btw.
Why shouldn’t we be allowed and be supplied with the tools to get bigger?
Fat people have plenty of food available to them so they can get even fatter after all.

Well, if it was only discrimination against strong guys like us I’d be way more pissed…BUT I found out there’s much higher insurance premiums for gyms that have DB’s over 100 lbs. I got yelled at again by a trainer for doing floor deads and making too much noise when I dropped the bar. I appologized and then he “reassured” me, “It’s ok man we’re putting together a Crossfit gym so you can throw weight around in there.” GREAAAAAT CROSSFIT, now I’m super stoked lol.

no leg shots Mr waylanderxx?
ill excuse you as i know you have lower back issues which stop you squatting/DL properly. still, the hypocrisy in these forums is mindblowing.
I can front squat just fine, I said I’m saving the wheels shots for when my call out comes at the end of september.
If you think I got this heavy by not training my legs, you’re crazy.
He’s going around to all threads doing that. Some of these people are just dumb as hell. I don’t know anyone who hits over 250lbs solid without training legs at all unless they are 6’6".

No joke.
I’m assuming this is a disgruntled member who chose to make another handle so he can make these comments.
Ive just skimmed the thread. So from what I got you only take high amounts of carbs in the morn and before workout and the rest you intake is protein and fat. Im wondering what foods to eat at campus to get that 2xBW protein in you (is it largely protein shakes?). So much shit at my uni and I got a limited budget.

Yup that’s how I like to do things for the most part.
If you are living on campus I would definitely invest in some protein shakes, there should be plenty of meat available at the cafeteria though, even if it is only deli stuff.

Waylander I want to pick your brain on this stuff.
You mind posting a meal plan?
Just did in another thread, go look at my “Call me out” thread in the T-Cell, it should be the last post. Any questions after you check it out just post them here.
Looks like you’re making a decent income there. The sirloin steak and that much whey must add up. Give me a estimate here on how much you think you spend on food per week (incl. the whey). Im getting a feeling it doesnt take you too long to get through a tub of 5lb whey haha

haha yah I order 25 lbs at a time and it usually lasts about a month and a half.
I’d guess ~90/week or so when you factor in the supplements. Really the only expensive thing is the beef since it’s like 5 bucks a pound
