I been skoal man for 25 years. BUT I limit myself to one can a week, one every 5 days during football season.

Vaca was the tits Matty. Slightly depressed still to be back and my hamstring is all fucked up. Bothering me a lot the last few days so i’m really frustrated with that. I have a follow up with the ortho this afternoon and i’m thinking of dropping PT for now because it just seems too injured and i keep aggravating it. I was in agony on the bus ride home last night after my first PT session back from vaca. I would of thought the week off would of done me good. It’s still pissed off at me this morning.

I had zero motivation to get up or to workout this AM but i did both so that’s a win. I just kinda went through the motions though to get into the flow.

hey hey hey. Definitely felt more eager to work out today after taking a day off. Being that I can’t do legs i think i’ll get a lil extra sleep and work out 3 or 4 days a week for a bit. We’ll see how that goes.

nice pressing. I like the idea of hitting upperbody 4 days a week and just hammering it since you cant lift legs. I bet you’ll put on some good size with that kind of focus.

Happy Monday peeps. Thanks everyone for stopping by! Lots of shit going on in life right now besides just leg. Had some stuff to take care of this morning so got a late start to the ol’ workout. I would of liked to of done a lil more. Wife is out on working out with me for a while so I’m going to start doing more work with my ironmaster adjustable dumbells.

I did more barbell work with her because it takes to long to make big weight changes every set with those when you are working out with someone… especially of the opposite sex. I have not done dumbell bench press in so long. Really felt great and everything felt really heavy after that. Nice pump. I was in and out in like 40 minutes today.
