Ya it was good to actually see how much muscle I actually have.

If I was 160lbs at the end of that diet, I would like to enter the comp in a few years time at 175lbs.

Did arms yesterday.

Weightlifting was awesome, the drama revolving around Kari’s 200k clean and jerk was a shame though. I was one of the crowd members booing the 2 reds he got. Although I wanted his lift to be counted - it looked fine from where I was sitting on the lower level left hand side - I totally wanted Ribouem to come back and win with the 201k.

Kinda fucked for training right now, got a horrific infected blister which means i’m spending my day off from work resting. Hopefully its good tomorrrow.

Blister is finally feeling ok. However, I had to skip going to a Machinehead concert last night :(.
