BNF has been an awesome plan.

Ive finished up stage 5 and 4 twice, doing stage 5 for 3 weeks each time, then back to stage 4 for one week

the gains have been awesome and strength kept increasing with each week.

im doing now going to change some of the exercises and possibly change some set/reps throughout the week.

has anyone come up with there own High frequency plan thats worked well for them?
